How much does it cost?
Prices vary by location. Typically, the cost of a Passport or Visa photo is between $2.00 and $4.00 less than the drug stores and office stores.
Can I apply for my passport in the booth?
No. Many of our booths are located in Passport Acceptance Facilities. The locations can process your application for a fee.
Can I get a digital copy of my photo?
Yes. You can purchase digital copy of your photo at time of check out.
Does the photobooth accept cash?
No. We support all the major credit cards as well as apple pay, google pay and tap.
How do I know that the photo will be accepted?
Make sure you follow the instructions provided on the screen during the session. All the photos are checked using our proprietary software to ensure they comply to the selected country’s requirements.
What happens if I do not like my photo or the booth has trouble taking my photo?
You do not pay until you are fully satisfied with the photo you see on the screen and it complies to the appropriate requirements. You have unlimited number of retakes so we know you will get a photo that meets the requirements and that you like!
What happens if it is not accepted?
Please contact us and we will arrange for a refund for the cost of the photo.
